What website platform do you build on?
I build your website on the Rocketspark website platform. This is a New Zealand owned website company, but don't worry it doesn't lack any power. You can get plenty of online presence using this platform.
What is included in my website hosting?
You'll pay your website hosting direct to Rocketspark once your website is ready to go live. I'll help you get this set up - its very easy. The hosting keeps your website online, and includes updates, security and Rocketspark support.
Will you train me on how to edit and add content, images & blog posts later?
Yes, absolutely! Training is included in all website packages. This ensures you are comfy using your new website.
How does the website project payment work?
Payment is structured in 2 milestones throughout the project, tied to key phases. For example: deposit at project start, and final payment prior to delivery of completed files. We'll discuss the exact structure before you commit.
How involved do I need to be?
You'll be actively involved in strategy sessions and providing feedback at key decision points, but I handle the heavy lifting. Depending on your project, plan for about 3-8 hours of your time spread across the project, plus reviewing materials between sessions.
What happens after the website project ends?
I don't disappear. You'll get launch support, and I'm always available for questions. Plus, you'll keep receiving strategic insights through my newsletter and can reach out anytime you need guidance as you grow.
