Do you work outside New Zealand?
I focus on service businesses in New Zealand because I understand the market and can meet in person when needed. That said, I'm happy to chat with international clients who are the right fit.

What's included in brand guidelines?
Your brand guidelines document covers logo usage, colour specifications, typography, visual elements, and application examples. It's everything you or a future designer needs to keep your brand consistent.
Will you advise where to purchase the font files?
Yes, absolutely! While I'm unable to provide the font files directly, I'll point you to exactly where you can purchase them, so your branding stays consistent across everything you do.
What website platform do you build on?
I build your website on the Rocketspark website platform. This is a New Zealand owned website company, but don't worry it doesn't lack any power. You can still get plenty of online presence using this platform.
What is included in my website hosting?
You'll pay your website hosting direct to Rocketspark once your website is ready to go live. I'll help you get this set up - its very easy. The hosting keeps your website online, and includes updates, security and Rocketspark support.
Will you show me how to edit text, images or blog content on my new website?
Yes, absolutely! Training is included in all website packages. This ensures you are comfy using your new website.
How does payment work?
Payment is structured in 3 milestones throughout the project, tied to key phases. For example: deposit at project start, payment after brand design completion, and final payment prior to delivery. We'll discuss the exact structure before you commit.
How involved do I need to be?
You'll be actively involved in strategy sessions and providing feedback at key decision points, but I handle the heavy lifting. Depending on your project, plan for about 3-8 hours of your time spread across the project, plus reviewing materials between sessions.
What happens after the project ends?
I don't disappear. You'll get launch support, and I'm always available for questions. Plus, you'll keep receiving strategic insights through my newsletter and can reach out anytime you need guidance as you grow.
