The Approach

With stunning branding already in place from Anna at Port Eden Design, and sharp, purposeful copy from Courtney at Courtney Haines Official, the foundation was exceptional. My job was to bring it all together into a website experience worthy of the brand.

We were intentional about every design decision:

• Typography — a lightweight sans serif typeface with generous spacing, giving the content room to breathe and the whole site a clean, refined feel

• Geometric patterns used as connective tissue between sections — subtle, unique, and quietly sophisticated

• An earthy colour palette of sand, gold, charcoal, and green that adds warmth and depth while letting the property renders take centre stage

• Layout and hierarchy built with care — limited line lengths, consistent buttons, and a clear content structure that makes even complex information easy to digest

• A sticky header ensuring visitors always know where they are, no matter how deep they go into the site

• Page-by-page visual flair — each page consistent with the overall aesthetic, yet distinct enough to feel engaging and considered in its own right
