What is your turnaround time for completing a design project?
The turnaround time depends on the creative package you have booked. We will discuss this and plan out the timeframe in the consultation phrase. To give you an idea though you can click on any of the packages here to see the approximate turnaround.
Could you tell me what is included in the branding consultation?
Sure thing. Your brand consultation includes a really good look at your mission, purpose of being in business, back story, plus your values and target market, competitive advantage etc. This helps us really discover your brand personality. As well as this we will explore your secret Pinterest board to see what inspires you, and look at the colours, fonts, imagery and textures your are drawn too what you'd love for your brand.
Could you tell me what is included in the website consultation?
The website consultation is full exploration of your business and what you do. We look at your mission, story, values, target market, competitive advantage, purpose of the website etc. We will also look at your secret pinterest board or collection of images that you like, and discuss how your site will look and function. And finally we will discuss how your content will be placed for easy navigation.
Do I need to do a secret Pinterest board?
Yes please, I find this very useful in discovering what inspires you. There is often a common theme throughout the images pinned and this helps to pin point the direction for your brand.
What is your design process like?
We like to keep the design process very simple so it can be completed in a timely manner. It generally begins with a discovery call, full consultation and quote, followed by the design implementation and follow up. You can see the full process breakdown here
Will you tell me what fonts and colours you used in my branding?
Absolutely! We'll reference these in your brand identity guide. Some of the brand identity packages also include font styling and custom colour palette, so these will all be included too.
What file formats will the approved logo be delivered in?
You'll receive your logo files in print and web file formats. This will include ai, EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG.
How many revisions will I receive?
Typically, you will receive three revisions. I know we are all human, and we might have to do a fourth one for last minor amendment. Thats ok - I want everything to be perfect for you too!
Are you happy to work with other creative professionals, such as printers, photographers, copywriters etc?
Yes, of course! And I'm able to recommend my favourites or the best suited for your project
