All purchases from our website are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before placing an order as, in purchasing from the website, you indicate your understanding and agreement to being bound by these terms.


At Creative Box we are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who interacts with us, and we will not, without your consent, pass on any information you supply to us to anyone outside of Creative Box.

We may collect your details so we can send you updates on new product releases and special offers via our Mailchimp email sends. Though we do offer an opt out option on these email newsletters if you wish to discontinue receiving them.

If you request to see your details or have them removed completely from our database, we will happily oblige.  Please notify us if you wish to have them updated or modified.


Payment for purchases via the website must be through bank deposit or PayPal only.


Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Further duties, taxes or charges levied on the package on arrival in your country, or any other fees or charges you may incur in relation to a foreign transaction, are your responsibility. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties, please contact your local customs or other relevant authorities directly.

New Zealand Delivery

Orders will be packaged & dispatched once payment has cleared.  We aim to send as quickly as possible and your order should be dispatched within 1 – 3 business days.

Baby announcement prints take approximately 3 – 5 days as they require a proof and need to be printed, as they are personalised.

As much as we hope you receive your goods within this timeframe, things can happen in the shipping process which can delay delivery. Please feel to get in touch with us, if you have any queries. Below is the approximate delivery timeframes.

NZ Standard Post $3.50: Up to 3 working days. Delivery to outside major towns and cities, rural and remote areas may take 3 – 7 days.

Fastway Courier Non-Rural $5.50: 1 day North Island. 2 days South Island.

Fastway Courier Rural $11.50: Additional 2 days for rural addresses.

Australia Delivery

We currently have an Australia International Air (untracked) option, this is $9.00 and takes 3 – 10 working days. Or Australia International Courier (tracked) $22.00 and takes 2 – 6 working days.

Please note we will not be liable for any custom taxes or tarrif costs incurred. Please also note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

Worldwide Delivery

If you live elsewhere we are happy to provide a quote for postage. Please email us with the products you wish to purchase and your address and we can organise a quote for you. Please note we will not be liable for any custom taxes or tarrif costs incurred.

Pricing and Product Descriptions

We recognise and value the importance of avoiding errors in the pricing and descriptions of our products and services. However, if an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct them. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.


We do our best to provide the correct quantities on our website, although occasionally we may be unable to supply a product that has been ordered. In this event we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of the revised time frame, otherwise, we can offer an alternative item we agree on, or a full refund if necessary.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note colour varies on screen monitors, therefore colours may look brighter or darker. We do our very best to photograph and depict our images as closely to their real colours as possible.

If you’re not happy with anything about your order with us, we want to make it right! Drop us a note within a week of getting your Creative Box goods letting us know you need to return or exchange something and we will be glad to help you figure out a solution. Please just note all returned goods must be in their full packaging, and unused.

Returns & Exchanges on Customised Products

For customised products, Creative Box takes no responsibility for spelling errors after final sign off proofs. We strongly recommend thoroughly checking all the wording and spelling, including all guest names. It is a good idea to get a second person to proof read as well. Creative Box will thoroughly check your stationery to ensure there are no errors before dispatch though and any errors made by Creative Box will be rectified at our expense. Please notify us of any errors within 7 days of delivery. Please note we can not give refunds or offer an exchange for change of mind.
