What is your delivery time and costs?
New Zealand Delivery:
Orders will be packaged & dispatched once payment has cleared. We aim to send as quickly as possible and your order should be dispatched within 1 – 3 business days.
As much as we hope you receive your goods within this timeframe, things can happen in the shipping process which can delay delivery. Please feel to get in touch with us, if you have any queries. Below is the approximate delivery timeframes.
Courier $4.50 via Fastway Couriers: 1 day North Island. 2 days South Island. Additional 2 days for rural addresses.
We can ship to Australia, United Kingdom & United States with standard NZ Post (untracked) for $6.00. Delivery varies between 3 - 10 working days.
If you live elsewhere we are happy to provide a quote for postage. Please email us with the products you wish to purchase and your address and we can organise a quote for you. Please note we will not be liable for any custom taxes or tariff costs incurred.
What is your Returns & Exchange policy?
Please note colour varies on screen monitors, therefore colours may look brighter or darker. We do our very best to photograph and depict our images as closely to their real colours as possible.
If you’re not happy with anything about your order with us, we want to make it right! Drop us a note within a week of getting your Creative Box goods letting us know you need to return or exchange something and we will be glad to help you figure out a solution. Please just note all returned goods must be in their full packaging, and unused.
What is your Returns & Exchange policy on customised products?
For customised products, Creative Box takes no responsibility for spelling errors after final sign off proofs. We strongly recommend thoroughly checking all the wording and spelling, including all guest names. It is a good idea to get a second person to proof read as well. Creative Box will thoroughly check your stationery to ensure there are no errors before dispatch though and any errors made by Creative Box will be rectified at our expense. Please notify us of any errors within 7 days of delivery. Please note we can not give refunds or offer an exchange for change of mind.
What your accepted payment methods?
Payment for items purchased can be made either by bank deposit or by using PayPal.
What is Paypal and is it safe?
Paypal is a safe and easy way of paying with your credit or debit card. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Will you send me your bank deposit details when I make a purchase?
Yes, we will email you our bank account details so you can make your bank deposit. We will send confirmation of your payment.
Do I need to be home to sign for my courier parcel?
Yes. We want to make sure your order gets to you safely, so someone will need to be home to sign for your parcel. We always recommend selecting your business address if no one will be home.If you’re not home a card will be left – and the parcel will be awaiting collection at your local Fastway depot or you can phone for a new delivery date.
