New Zealand Delivery

Orders will be packaged & dispatched once payment has cleared.  We aim to send as quickly as possible and your order should be dispatched within 1 – 3 business days.

Baby announcement prints take approximately 3 – 5 days as they require a proof and need to be printed, as they are personalised.

As much as we hope you receive your goods within this timeframe, things can happen in the shipping process which can delay delivery. Please feel to get in touch with us, if you have any queries. Below is the approximate delivery timeframes.

NZ Standard Post $3.00: Up to 3 working days. Delivery to outside major towns and cities, rural and remote areas may take 3 – 7 days.

Fastway Courier Non-Rural $7.20: 1 day North Island. 2 days South Island.

Fastway Courier Rural $12.80: Additional 2 days for rural addresses.

Australia Delivery

We currently have an Australia International Air (untracked) option, this is $10.00 and takes 3 – 10 working days. Or Australia International Courier (tracked) $22.00 and takes 2 – 6 working days.

Worldwide Delivery

If you live elsewhere we are happy to provide a quote for postage. Please email us with the products you wish to purchase and your address and we can organise a quote for you. Please note we will not be liable for any custom taxes or tarrif costs incurred.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note colour varies on screen monitors, therefore colours may look brighter or darker. We do our very best to photograph and depict our images as closely to their real colours as possible.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you simply change your mind.

Creative Box will thoroughly check your orders to ensure there are no errors or defects before dispatch. In the case of a defective, damaged or error in your order we will meet consumer rights and happily exchange or refund your item. Notification of any errors must be reported with 14 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their full packaging, and be unopened and unused.
